Terms/Conditions
ALL customers MUST complete Shipping Partner 1-800-Go-FedEx FedEx Ground...Please drop-off at FedEx Ground or authorized FedEx Ground center with enclosed prepaid label affix to package or please call FedEx Ground (1-800-go-fedex) to schedule Monday pickup. You can also schedule Monday pickup via online at www.fedex.com.

Final Linen Count:
The final linen count is due 22 days prior to your event (on Friday). A $45.00 late fee is imposed on all accounts which are not paid 22 days prior to the event. Delinquent accounts are subject to cancellation. Please pay your account timely so Hook my Wedding Up can ship your linens timely. It is your responsibility to pay on time!
Count It's the customers responsible to check the linens upon receipt and notify Hook my Wedding Up via email IMMEDIATELY(day of receipt) at hookmyweddingup@yahoo.com in the event you are shorted linens or any additional issues related to the chair covers/linens. We know when you receive your linens! Based upon time, we will either ship or refund you for the linens missing. The linens are counted several times before shipping but errors do occasionally happen. Hook my Wedding Up WILL NOT reimbursed you for linens rented elsewhere. All changes to your linen account/rental order form, must be made by email. Telephone changes are not accepted. Please intial______ Please intial______ Credit/Reference Check: I understand that Hook my Wedding Up may conduct a credit and reference check on all rental customers. I therefore give Hook my Wedding Up permission to conduct both credit/reference check to determine if I'm able to rent chair covers with their company. Please initial_______ Please initial_____ Refundable Deposit A REFUNDABLE deposit of $100.00 will be charged & credited back to the credit card placed on file with our office. All deposits are credited back to the cardholders card placed on file with our office the second Friday the linens are returned back to our office. All linens must be shipped back on Monday, per rental contract or if the Monday falls on a LEGAL holiday, the linens must be shipped back on Tuesday. Please check with FedEx to verify legal holidays. NO personal checks will be accepted. A credit card must be placed on file with our office and is used solely if you do not return the covers, linens, etc...Or if items are damaged.

Cancellation:
Cancellation results in a loss of your $85.00 deposit. If cancellation is done, a restocking fee of 35% is charged to your credit card on file. There is no charge for an event change date.

Shipping:
The chair covers, linens, etc... are shipped not received an entire week before the wedding, giving the bride, or her staff, plenty time, for the set up of the reception.
Linen/Covers Return:
Place the linens back in the boxes and close with clear shipping tape.
We email the return FedEx Ground labels to the email address placed on file with our office along with the receipt.
The return labels will be completely made out for you and the labels are prepaid. We only issue ONCE.
Place the return labels on the boxes and drop the boxes off to the shipping carrier before 3:00 p.m. on
the Monday after the event. If holiday falls on a Monday,
return date will be on that following Tuesday. Please remember that the return labels are prepaid and it is important that you do not loose them. Give the labels to the person who will be packing up your chair covers, linens, etc at the end of your event. The items must be returned to the shipping carrier’s hub or terminal in your area before 3:00 p.m. on the Monday after the event.
When the event is completed return the linens in same or different boxes and tape the boxes securely with packing tape. If you return the linens in an “oversize box” the return will cost YOU extra and will be charged to your credit card on file. If we send you two boxes, we only pay for two boxes to be returned back. YOU MUST use the labels that we provide to you. NO handwritten waybills will be accepted by Hook my Wedding Up and you will be responsible to providing us with the tracking number and payment of any extra box. Our shipping partner is FedEx Gound.

Candle Wax, Red Wine, Chocolate stains from the use of a Chocolate Fountain, and colored Fruit Punch will permanently damage the linens.
Late Fees:
It is very important that covers, linens, table clamps, overlays, etc., are returned timely. Items need to be returned to the shipper’s hub or terminal before 3:00 p.m. on the Monday after the event, otherwise, late fees equal to one weeks rental will be charged to your credit card.
In the event you dispute the damages or late fees (ect) placed on your account, Hook my Wedding Up WILL NOT refund the fee's due to the customers negligence. The CUSTOMER is responsible for making sure that the linens are shipped back on that Monday following their event, Tuesday if a holiday falls on that Monday. Please initial: ____ Date: _________
Shipping & Event Cancellation Due To An Act Of God, Strike, Etc: In the case of an Act of God weather event preventing delivery to your address or event cancellation, all monies paid are non-refundable. Please Initial_______ KANSAS CITY METROPOLITAN AREA DROP-OFF/PICKUP TERMS

One and Only Wedding Service will contact customer to arrange times Permission is given to One and Only Wedding Service to provide drop-off and pickup to the delivery address provided on Hook My Wedding Up's official contract.

I therefore understand that I MUST pack the linens in the total number of boxes received. All additional boxes will be charged $35.00 each. If the original boxes are damaged, I will replace with new boxes.(Please be aware if we drop-off two boxes, you MUST pack the linens in two boxes. The boxes can be no larger than 23 x 23 x 23 otherwise a fee in the amount of $35.00 will be charged to your account. If the linens are not packed with boxes completely taped and ready at time of pickup a few of $35.00 per box will be charged to your account. In the event linens are being picked up from a facility, it is the customers responsibility to make sure someone is there when dropping off and picking up. The venue IS NOT responsible for no-show.
